Today’s blog challenge is to share my writing room with you. A couple of years ago I had a dedicated writing room/ office, which was lovely but since the birth of my little grandson, the office has become a nursery and now I write in our family room downstairs, which is great ,as it looks out onto the garden and has lots of comfy sofa’s to sit on.
Working in the family room is challenging. There are lots of interruptions, but it means I get to spend my writing time with my lovely dogs, Jazz and Oby. Tom, my cat used to join us on winter afternoons and we really miss him since he died on New Year’s day

When the weather is fine I love to write in the garden, and writing on the beach when I go on holiday is something I look forward to.
