Favourite song with summer in the title or the words (give the line) Summertime by George Gershwin. The music more than the words. I think of long summer days. 🙂
Favourite book about summer Have to agree with Tracey on this one Sinfully Summer by Aimee Duffy. It has all the ingredients of a perfect summer read; sun, sex, scandal and a satisfying ending 🙂
Favourite hot summer film Top Gun. Set in the summer and hot. Not really a Tom Cruise Fan. Love pilots and jets what can I say? 🙂
Favourite summer memory Three summers were particularly special; 1980 taking long country walks with my boyfriend. 1981 Working in Devon and living in a 10 foot caravan on the edge of Dartmoor with my fiancé. 1983 I married him in August 🙂
Favourite summer holiday destination I love the Lake District the setting for The Dragon Legacy. I also love Lake Garda in Italy. I had a lovely holiday in Northumberland this year. Can’t choose between them.
What books will be in your suitcase this summer? I read Tempting a Devil by Samantha Kane. The Keepers: Archer by Rae Rivers and Your Room or Mine by Charlotte Phillips 🙂 Next on the list are Rancher to the Rescue by Jennifer Faye. Collared for the Night Susan Arden 🙂
What’s your likely destination this summer? Already been to beautiful Northumberland. May visit again for 30th wedding anniversary or perhaps The Lakes.
What hottie would you most like to be sharing the hot days and long nights with this summer? As it’s my 30th wedding anniversary . Did I already mention that 🙂 My soul mate of course. If I had to pick another it would be Richard Gere always loved him and then there’s my first love Donny Osmond. 🙂
